week 29

hey what's up peeps. This week a jeepwent speeding past me so I said choke choque choque choque which is crash crash crash and the jeep got hit by a bus crossing the street on the back which turned it and it drifted into a second bus. So oops idk if I jinxed it or what but luckily nobody got hurt. I also went to study with a convert who used to be a jew, she has a lot of insight in the old testament and it was really cool to learn from here. One thing she said was that we're still supposed to follow the law of moses haha, that doesn't really seem right. I do like this phrase she has about prayer that is,"sin rodilla no hay tortilla, sin fe no hay te." Its very true because everything we have in this world is a blessing from God and we receive it according to our faith. I also started noticing this week that a lot of the cars here only have about half of the lug nuts that they should have, which reminded me of a couple weeks ago when this car turned in front of us and its wheel fell of haha. Lucky the wheel kept the car propped up but it was very funny. Also we were walking home one night and this dude passed up, which is really weird because we're always the ones walking the fastest, and then a minute later we passed him but he was just takin a leak with absolutely no shame about who saw. This weekend we ate about 5 meals every day and I felt like I was going to explode but can't say no to food from investigators soooo. That's it for this week, catch yall next week with transfers.
